Here are some of our principal booking conditions.

Our full booking conditions will be provided on request or when you are ready to book.

• Reservations
  To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card number, expiry date and the cardholder's full name, as well as flight arrival details.
• Check In / Check Out
  Your apartment will be made available for occupancy from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon.
• Cancellation / No Show Policy
  Your credit card details, held by The Aspasia Phuket, will only be debited should one or more of the following conditions occur or if advised by the resort at the time of booking:
  • Low Season
    Cancellations more than three days prior to arrival -no charge.
    Cancellations less than three days prior to arrival – one night's stay will be charged.
    No show - the full duration of the booking will be charged.
  • High Season
    Cancellations more than seven days prior to arrival – no charge.
    Cancellations less than seven days but more than three days prior to arrival - one night's stay will be charged.
    No show - the full duration of the booking will be charged.
  • Peak Season
    Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival – no charge.
    Cancellation less than one month but more than 15 days prior to arrival - one night's stay will be charged.
    Cancellation less than 15 but more than seven days - 50% of the full duration of the booking will be charged.
    No show - the full duration of the booking will be charged.
